Spain was a land of promise for Jews in the Middle Ages, until 1492 the Catholic Kings (Reyes Catolicos) expulsed them out of Spain. The Jewish print is very relevant in Spain and Portugal, and a large number of sites are important to Jewish heritage.
Girona, Cordoba, Toledo and Segovia stand out as probably the most significant ones, together with Barcelona, Ribadavia, Hervás, or Tomar, among many others.
